"We met Virginia literally at the first open house we wandered into... we should count our lucky stars! From the beginning Virginia was great: friendly, proactive, patient, efficient and very knowledgeable. She was very understanding of our confusion as first-time home buyers, and never got tired of our hundreds of questions about everything. Eventually she introduced us to our new home in a fantastic neighborhood we were not even looking at, and helped us navigate the TIC arrangement over Thanksgiving of all crazy times. We would have never even seen the place if not for Virginia, and would have shied from making an offer if not for her thoughtful and professional support. We are very excited about this new chapter in life, and it would not have happened if not for Virginia! I highly recommend talking to Virginia even if you're just curious and nervous about being a first time buyer."

We met Virginia while idly looky-looing at a very nice duplex that we ended up making a bid on, before the tenant decided not to move out after all. She stuck with us while we insisted on two units that didn't require evictions, weren't boringly modern but didn't need $200,000 in earthquake retrofitting, were in this neighborhood or that neighborhood but not in that apparently identical neighborhood, had character--and we could afford. Basically we were nightmare clients. But she cheerfully showed us places until she got a fix on our eccentric needs, checked out all the listings I bombarded her with (explaining why some of them were too good actually to be true, ferrying me to others), gave us advice on what was doable and what was insane, was a great deal of fun to spend time and emails (lots and lots of emails) with--and then found the most unexpectedly perfect duplex (for us anyway) in the whole city. Woof!
Speaking of woof, she also let my lap borrow her fabulous little dog Hoover as much as I wanted. Well, you could never get as much of Hoover as you'd want, but he's certainly the best agent's assistant I've ever met.

As trustees for an estate, we interviewed several highly recommended brokers before selecting Virginia and Zephyr. From day one, Virginia was far more thoroughly informed and prepared than her competition. Her consistency never faltered. Her ideas were excellent. Her plans were detailed and thoughtfully supported. Her ability to organize and managed a high caliber team of associates through an aggressive sales preparation timeline was superb. Her enthusiasm was high, her responsiveness to day to day issues excellent and her ability to resolve problems effective and diplomatic.
The marketing plan laid out in her initial proposal was not fluff. It reflected appropriate enthusiasm for the attractiveness of our property - and right-on assessment of market dynamics. The price was right. The strategy was right. The execution was as it was represented. The results were off the chart. Everything was done well. Plus, it was quite simply a pleasure to work with a positive, capable broker who is talented, serious and fun. We feel lucky to have made this special connection for a very important undertaking. Kudos to Virginia, Ilse Cordoni and the Zephyr organization.

"Virginia was our Realtor for our first home purchase- a T.I.C. in NOPA. Closing on a T.I.C. can be a complicated process, but Virginia made it seem fairly simple. She reviewed all the documents thoroughly and flagged portions that we should pay attention to. She was knowledgeable about the terms and responsive with all our questions. I felt confident that she was looking out for our best interest throughout the process, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property in San Francisco."

"…Through the difficult process of multiple offers and counter-offers during the sale of our home, Virginia was always available. She came to our house late at night, on weekends, and to our workplace. She also explained the contracts in detail and their importance to our transaction. We appreciated her diligence and had a smooth and timely close of escrow."
